Do I need internet to use ProfitCalc?+

No. ProfitCalc works offline. Sales, debts, inventory, and expenses are stored locally on your device. You only need the internet for Play Store updates, purchases, or ad delivery on the Free plan.

Is ProfitCalc a bank or wallet?+

No. ProfitCalc does not hold money, process payments, or give loans. It is a business companion that helps you calculate profit, track sales, manage debts, and understand your stock.

What does the 14-day Pro trial include?+

Everything in Pro is unlocked for 14 days. No card is required to start. When the trial ends, you can stay on Free forever or upgrade to Pro Lifetime for ₦500.

What happens to my data after the trial?+

Every record stays. Free supports one active business with full history. Extra shops become read-only until you unlock Pro or choose one Free shop.

Is my data safe?+

Yes. ProfitCalc is offline-first. Business records live on your device. Encrypted local backups are files you choose to share. Uninstalling the app removes local records.

Which Android versions are supported?+

ProfitCalc supports Android 7 (API 24) and above. It is designed to run well on older devices common in Nigerian markets.

Can I use ProfitCalc in my local language?+

Yes. ProfitCalc supports English, Pidgin, Hausa, Yoruba, and Igbo. Switch language inside the app settings.

How do I get support?+

Use the Contact page on this website or reach out through the Google Play listing. Do not send full customer ledgers by email unless you intend to.
